In our environment, humans are divided into women and men. This division into two categories only leads us to believe that the coexistence between the two is quiet. But we are mistaken.
Women are much feeling, and we men are more rational, not that women are not rational, and the men there are no feelings, the more the problem is the weight each gives according to the situation.
I remember a very old movie, that a wise saying that we have to find a middle ground of everything. We can not just be bad or just good. We must use common sense. This goes for everything from personal life as a professional.
